We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. 2. Order process

2.1
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.2
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Please check your order carefully, and ensure that all of the details are correct before proceeding with payment. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Cancellations can be made within the first 24  hours following the initial order, however if upon receipt of your cancellation we have already dispatched your goods it is your responsibility to return them by adhering to our Returns Policy.

3. Delivery

3.1
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. All goods must be delivered/collected within 28 days of your order date. After 28 days the order will be cancelled and subject to 25% handling charge.

3.2
Clifton ltd cannot consider any claim for damages or shortages 48 hours after delivery. Please ensure all goods are thoroughly checked, and that any anomalies are reported to Clifton ltd within the 48 hour period, please do not contact individual suppliers direct.

3.3
Clifton ltd advise you not to arrange your installation start date, until you are in full receipt of your goods and are satisfied with their condition. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays and damages are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Clifton Kitchens & Bathrooms shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

4. Payment

4.1
All goods must be paid for with cleared funds prior to delivery.

4.2
Payment can be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Delta, Solo, Paypal and Cheque. For information about secure on-line ordering please see Privacy & Security.

4.3
All products and services are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply the goods, for any reason we will not charge you for these, and we will refund any money already paid for them. However we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

4.4
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.

5. Typographical error

In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether on not the order has been confirmed.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.1
Where the goods are faulty or do not comply with any of the contract, the customer must notify Clifton ltd within 48 hours of delivery and return the goods to Clifton ltd by adhering to the returns policy. Once the goods have been returned the customer shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund. We reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods and to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession, if necessary.

5.2
The Customer may cancel an order by notifying Clifton ltd through any of the options on the contact us page at www.cliftonltd.co.uk within 24 hours of placing an order and any money paid will be refunded in full.

5.3
If the Customer fails to cancel the order within the time specified in Clause 5.2 we will make a charge in respect of the costs of handling charges and re-stocking fees, at a rate of 25% of the total transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors (as appropriate). You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors (as appropriate). The content of this website (including without limitation any text, video, audio, audio-visual materials and graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as stated below.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
