How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is calculated automatically online.

If you live anywhere below, please note there are additional postage charges. Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

How will my product be sent?

Your order will be sent using an appropriate delivery services. Dependant on the size of your order (please see terms for sizing). All orders will be sent by courier, and a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.

When will I receive my order?

As you place an order we will specify an estimated date of delivery, this will be within 28 days of receipt of you order, please refer to terms and conditions 3.1 for exact details. We will advise by e-mail or telephone when your goods have been dispatched. However we will not dispatch your order until all items are ready for delivery. We would also like to advise that customers do not arrange your installation start date, until you are in full receipt of your goods and are satisfied with their condition, as stated in terms and conditions 3.3
